The Head Athletic Trainer will develop and implement the total medical care of student-athletes as specified by the South Atlantic Conference, the National Collegiate Athletic Association and other governing bodies. The Head Athletic Trainer will monitor athletic training students in a clinical setting.
Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Athletic Training or related area;
- Meet SACSCOC teaching requirements;
- NATABOC Certified Athletic Trainer for a minimum of 1 year;
- Tennessee State Licensed Athletic Trainer (or eligible);
- Demonstrated teaching success in an Athletic Training Curriculum.
Preferred Qualifications
- First Aid & CPR Instructor Certification.
