The Electronic Resources Assistant shall be responsible for acquiring e-journals and print journals, gathering e-resources usage statistics, and assisting in monitoring financial transactions of e-resources purchases and ensuring access to the e-resources. The Electronic Resources Assistant will further assist with copy cataloging and with the Institutional Repository.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior related library experience;
- Library graduate coursework or business/accounting/mathematics coursework;
- Working knowledge of library software including integrated library systems;
- Prior experience with OCLC.
