The Administrative Assistant for the School of Undergraduate Studies in Lincoln Memorial University’s College of Mathematics, Sciences, and Health Professions reports to the Executive Dean and works closely with the Assistant Dean, Department Chairs, and staff to support the daily operations of the School of Undergraduate Studies. This role includes routine office tasks, processing documents, routing forms for signatures, purchasing, organizing files, and maintaining records. The position also involves working with students, other university offices, handling confidential materials, event planning, answering questions from prospective students and the public, and solving problems as they arise.
