Lincoln International is seeking an experienced Vice President to join our European Healthcare team in London. The successful candidate will combine strong execution expertise with emerging origination capabilities and a passion for building a leading healthcare M&A franchise across Europe. The role offers exposure across healthcare services, pharma services and the broader healthcare value chain, with responsibility for leading transactions and developing client relationships in a dynamic, cross‑border environment. We are looking for AI‑forward individuals who are comfortable using AI tools in a professional environment. This includes effective prompting and developing practical agentic workflows to improve research, drafting, analysis and process execution, while applying rigorous quality control, human judgement and appropriate confidentiality standards. Lincoln International follows a hybrid work structure with an emphasis on in‑office collaboration. Our employees work in our offices Monday through Thursday each week, with the option to work remotely or from the office on Fridays.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Transaction Execution & Leadership: Lead the execution of M&A transactions end‑to‑end, often across multiple concurrent processes. Take responsibility for process management, including timelines, coordination of advisors and delivery of key milestones. Produce and review transaction marketing materials, financial models and valuation analyses. Lead due diligence workstreams, including data room management, Q&A and interaction with clients, counterparties and advisers.
- Client & Business Development: Act as a key day‑to‑day client contact, supporting relationship development with management teams and investors. Contribute to business development through preparation of pitches, sector insights and participation in client meetings.
- Team Leadership & AI Enablement: Manage, train and develop Associates and Analysts, ensuring high‑quality output and timely delivery. Apply AI tools and practical workflows to enhance execution efficiency, while maintaining appropriate oversight and judgement.

Qualifications
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in M&A advisory, with a strong track record of executing transactions; healthcare experience preferred.
- Experience managing transaction processes and leading multiple workstreams concurrently.
- Demonstrated ability to support business development and contribute to client relationship building.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills, with solid business judgement.
- Experience managing and developing Analysts and Associates.
- Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and colleagues.
- Proactive and self‑motivated approach, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with AI tools and an interest in applying them to improve research, analysis and execution efficiency.
