The London based M&A Technology team is seeking to hire an Analyst to join its growing team.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation of client presentations ("pitches")
- Research public company and transaction multiples to support valuation of companies
- Support the drafting of information memoranda
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to provide actionable insights
- Conduct industry research: collect information on target companies, market analysis, competitive position
- Provide administrative support including meeting agendas, meeting notes and management of deal Q&A
- Experience in an accounting firm preferably financial due diligence or at least six months’ experience in an investment bank or boutique M&A firm
- Solid financial knowledge (accounting, financial analysis, financial modelling, company valuation methods, etc.) and strong analytical skills, enabling you to work both autonomously and within a team
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to excellence
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage professional relationships, excellent time keeping and commitment to delivering required tasks on time
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and ease with IT tools for your role
