The University of Lincoln is seeking a proactive part‑time Senior Placements Administrator to support the delivery of high‑quality practice placements across a wide range of health‑related programmes such as nursing, social work, pharmacy, medicine, dentistry and allied health professions.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and quality‑assess placements, ensuring compliance with national standards set by professional, statutory and regulatory bodies.
- Provide an excellent student placement experience and strengthen partnerships with external stakeholders.
- Support the implementation and optimisation of digital systems, contributing to a digital‑first approach.
- Independently apply knowledge and judgement to respond to complex queries on a daily basis.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships at every level, both internally and externally.
Qualifications and experience:
- Experienced administrator, ideally within higher education or a healthcare setting.
- Proven record of working in a demanding, customer‑focused environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and support digital transformation initiatives.
