This is an exciting opportunity to join the University of Lincoln's Careers & Employability team as an International Mobility Adviser, helping to transform students' lives through global learning and international experiences.

Working within a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will play a key role in promoting, coordinating and delivering Study Abroad and summer opportunities, with funding from the UK Government's Turing Scheme. Supporting students from application through to return, you will provide expert guidance, deliver engaging promotional activities, manage complex administrative processes and help ensure the successful delivery of funded mobility programmes.

You will work closely with academic colleagues, international partners and external stakeholders to increase participation in study, work and placement opportunities abroad, while contributing to strategic objectives that enhance student success, employability and global engagement.

The role requires a highly organised and proactive individual with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. In return, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' personal, academic and professional development while helping to expand the University's international reach and reputation.
