The University of Lincoln is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the management, performance, and development of a diverse portfolio of Campus Services contracts.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services across the University estate while supporting strategic improvements and providing value for money. Working within Campus Services, you will lead contract management activities, oversee contract performance, and manage the procurement and re-tendering of a range of significant service contracts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, monitoring contractual performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with agreed standards, budgets, and compliance requirements.

We are looking for someone with substantial experience of contract management within a complex organisation, including experience of leading procurement and re-tendering exercises for large-scale service contracts. Experience of managing facilities management contracts, including hard and/or soft services, would be particularly valuable.

If you are looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the delivery and continuous improvement of essential campus services, we would welcome your application.

In support of our commitment to developing colleagues by providing opportunities for internal movement and promotion, applications for this opportunity will only be accepted from people who are currently employed by the University of Lincoln, our current students, and any currently engaged agency workers who have been with us for more than 12 weeks. We actively encourage applications from all colleagues across the University with the relevant skills and experience
