The University of Lincoln is looking for a dynamic and progressive commercial Contracts Manager to lead the Campus Services Contracts team. This is a role where you can be truly commercial, transformative, and you would be joining an ambitious university with a bold institutional strategy. This is an exciting time for the university as it transforms its strategic direction with a commercial focus.
The University of Lincoln is going through significant change and as such, are looking to recruit an experienced contract management to assist in the strategic changes, deliver the re-tendering of a variety of small and large contract renewals, and additionally provide oversight on contract administration and delivery performance.
The post holder must have experience in re-tendering large complex Campus Services contracts (such as Hard and Soft Service contracts), and the post holder must have a strong commercial view with regards to minimising risk and providing value for money. The annual cost of all contracts is circa £5m per annum.
