The role will provide leadership for the implementation and delivery of the University's Campus Strategy and Campus Futures agenda. As a member of the Campus Services Senior Leadership Team, the postholder will also lead the delivery of an integrated portfolio encompassing:
- Property and space management initiatives
- Estate development
- Campus transformation
- Sustainability programmes
- Capital investment projects
- Organisational change activities
The successful candidate will bring demonstrable experience of optimising complex property portfolios and programmes at a senior, strategic level. With commercial and technical acumen honed in the property/construction industry, you will have a proven track record of managing capital projects teams and external supply chains across a diverse portfolio of projects.
