Lincoln Hospitality Group is looking for an Executive Assistant (EA) to the Vice President of Operations. The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day effectiveness of restaurant operations across multiple locations. This position acts as a trusted partner to the VP of Operations, helping manage priorities, streamline communication, and ensure follow-through on operational initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel for the VP of Operations, coordinating across multiple restaurant locations and departments.
- Serve as a central point of contact between the VP of Operations, general managers, vendors, and support teams.
- Prepare operational reports, presentations, and meeting materials (sales, labor, staffing, and performance summaries).
- Organize training schedules and material for employees.
- Assist with communication to field leadership, including meeting notes, updates, and policy or process rollouts.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Help with organization and compliance of recruiting and onboarding through the ATS software system, including compliance on I9βs and other required workplace items.
- Assist with HR responsibilities, such as employee complaints, grievances, and exit interview work.
- Onboard new management members.
- Note-taking, organizing, and prioritizing meetings.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of executive or administrative support experience, preferably in hospitality or multi-unit operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and shifting schedules.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, reliability, and sound judgment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, scheduling tools, and basic reporting systems.
- Comfortable working independently and anticipating the needs of a senior operations leader.
- Must be willing to travel 50% of the time.
Compensation
Salary Range: $60,000-$75,000. Full benefit package β health, dental, vision and short-term disability.
