Education & Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years experience in electrical assembly, industrial wiring, or control panel build
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Familiarity with standard control panel components (contactors, relays, VFDs, PLCs)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic understanding of UL508A, NEC, or related electrical standards (preferred)
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs as needed
- Work performed in a production/shop environment with exposure to noise, tools, and moving equipment
