Lincoln Cornhill is proud to be working with a reputable housing provider in the Midlands who are seeking to appoint an Assistant Director of Repairs on a permanent basis. The role is paying upwards of £80,000 per annum and you will be required in the office 2-3 days a week.
The appointed candidate will lead and manage the operational delivery of all repairs and maintenance services across the housing stock, ensuring efficient, customer-focused, and compliant services.
