8.50 a.m. - 4.30 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday & Friday | 7 hours 10 minutes per day | 21 hours 30 minutes per week | 40 working weeks | Grade G5, Point 12-15 (depending on experience)
Due to the retirement of our current Senior Administrator, we are looking for an organised, experienced and approachable Senior Administrator to join our friendly team from 1 November 2026 on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday each week. This is a varied and rewarding role in our small but busy primary school. We are looking for someone with previous administrative and financial experience who is confident, well organised and able to work independently, while also being a welcoming and friendly first point of contact for our children, families, staff and visitors.
The role includes a wide range of school administration, finance and HR duties, including supporting the Headteacher with budget monitoring and finance processes. Experience of working in a school would be an advantage, but full training will be provided on our school systems, including Arbor.
