Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to deliver engaging personal development tutorials as part of the College's CPD programme. In this role, you will empower students to enhance their knowledge and confidence through personalised coaching and career advice.

You will also promote British Values, healthy lifestyles, and address critical issues such as radicalisation. Collaboration is key, as you will work with College services and external agencies to provide the resources needed for student success.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver personal development tutorials and coaching sessions for students.
  • Promote British Values, healthy lifestyles, and address radicalisation related issues.
  • Work collaboratively with College services and external agencies to support student success.
  • Assist students in enhancing their knowledge and confidence through personalised coaching and career advice.
Qualifications

Enthusiastic individual with a passion for supporting students and facilitating their personal and professional development.
