Lincoln College is seeking a Transitions Officer to support NEET learners in a dedicated re-engagement program. You will help learners build confidence, gain recognised qualifications, and progress to vocational routes, apprenticeships, employment, or further study within a year.
Working closely with curriculum teams, career advisors and external partners, you will advocate for each learner, tailor transitions to individual needs, monitor progress and share best practices with colleagues.
