We are excited to announce an opportunity for an IT Desktop Support Technician! Join our team to provide essential front‑line support for the College’s IT systems and networks, ensuring outstanding customer service through phone, email, and in‑person assistance. In this role, you will maximise the immediate resolution of service incidents and support, install, and service essential equipment and software for staff and students, including computers, printers, and audio‑visual tools.
