We are excited to present an exceptional opportunity for a Curriculum Lead in Multi-Trade, specializing in Painting & Decorating and Plastering! This pivotal role involves leading and managing curriculum area teams with a focus on achieving excellence through effective leadership and performance management.

As the Curriculum Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping the curriculum portfolio to align with our college\’s strategic vision, with an emphasis on enhancing success rates across all disciplines. Collaborating closely with the Assistant Principal, you will set ambitious targets for student and apprentice enrollments while elevating the quality of learning and overall success.

Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating internal quality assurance as mandated by external verifiers and awarding organisations. By partnering with the Assistant Principal, you will drive the growth and development of the curriculum area, ensuring it meets the evolving demands of both local and national markets.
