ELMS Legal Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Admin Apprentice to join their friendly, small team in a fast-paced legal environment. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build valuable administrative skills.
Duties

- Communicating with Clients and Advocates
- Filing
- Support in all aspects of Legal Admin
- Sending emails
What Training Will the Apprentice Take and What Qualification Will the Apprentice Get at the End?
The successful candidate will work towards achieving their Apprenticeship Standard in Level 3 Business Administration
A dedicated work-based trainer will be assigned to the candidate to provide them with support and guidance throughout the course
This is a work-based programme with College attendance required once a month
All learning will take place at the candidate's place of employment/College and within their contracted working hours

What is the Expected Career Progression After this Apprenticeship?
Upon completing the apprenticeship, successful candidates could progress to a Litigation Assistant role, with opportunities to develop further within the legal sector

GCSE English and Maths (Grade A*/9 – C/4) essential

Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 6:00pm. Day release for the course

Salary and Benefits
Salary: £16,640 to £26,436.80, depending on your age National Minimum Wage Minimum wage rates (opens in new tab)
- Company-paid training options to gain your forklift license (age-appropriate).
- Bonus after 6-month probation
Salary: £17,472 to £27,758.64, depending on your age
Salary: £12,480 a year. The pay may be negotiated and may rise after a probation period has been successfully completed.
