We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Progress Coach specializing in Additional Learning Support and Wider Learning! In this key role, you will provide essential learning support, pastoral coaching, and progress monitoring for apprentices, guiding them from induction to End-Point Assessment (EPA). You will lead dynamic wider learning sessions, ensuring alignment with Ofsted's Education Inspection Framework (EIF) themes, such as behaviour, personal development, and learner progress. Your focus will be on helping all apprentices, including those with additional learning needs, achieve their potential and develop the necessary knowledge, skills, and behaviours for future success. This position is based at Lincoln College, with future opportunities to teach at other sites.
