We are seeking an experienced and motivated Schools Manager to lead our PE, school sport, and physical activity programmes — including the Premier League Primary Stars — across partner schools in Lincolnshire.
You’ll manage the schools delivery team, oversee budgets and contracts, and build strong partnerships to ensure every programme delivers a positive impact for young people.
This role combines leadership, delivery quality, and strategic growth — perfect for someone passionate about sport, education, and community wellbeing.
About You
- Experienced in school-based PE or sport delivery.
- Skilled in team management and partnership development.
- NGB Level 2 qualification in at least two sports (or equivalent).
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Passionate about inspiring young people through sport.
- A relevant degree, AfPE Level 3 or teaching qualification is desirable.
