Facility Supervisor (Part-Time x2)
Location: LNER Stadium, Lincoln, LN5 8LD
Salary: £5,949 – £6,027 per annum (FTE £22,011 – £22,300)
Hours: 10 hours per week (flexible evening and weekend work required)
Contract: Part-time (2 positions available) (Zero-Hour contracts also available)

What You’ll Be Doing
We are seeking two part-time Facility Supervisors to ensure our 3G facility is a safe, welcoming and well-maintained space for everyone who uses it.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing great customer service to visitors and users
- Ensure health & safety compliance and report maintenance issues
- Perform cleaning and minor maintenance tasks to keep the facility in top condition
- Open and lock up the facility and respond to any security concerns
- Be available for occasional emergency call-outs and some late working
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Experienced in customer service and/or facility management
- Health & Safety aware, with knowledge of COSHH and manual handling
- Able to work independently and problem-solve effectively
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends
