Facility Supervisor (Part-Time x2)

Location: LNER Stadium, Lincoln, LN5 8LD

Salary: £5,949 – £6,027 per annum (FTE £22,011 – £22,300)

Hours: 10 hours per week (flexible evening and weekend work required)

Contract: Part-time (2 positions available) (Zero-Hour contracts also available)

What You’ll Be Doing

We are seeking two part-time Facility Supervisors to ensure our 3G facility is a safe, welcoming and well-maintained space for everyone who uses it.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Providing great customer service to visitors and users
  2. Ensure health & safety compliance and report maintenance issues
  3. Perform cleaning and minor maintenance tasks to keep the facility in top condition
  4. Open and lock up the facility and respond to any security concerns
  5. Be available for occasional emergency call-outs and some late working

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  1. Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
  2. Experienced in customer service and/or facility management
  3. Health & Safety aware, with knowledge of COSHH and manual handling
  4. Able to work independently and problem-solve effectively
  5. Flexible to work evenings and weekends
