As a Site Supervisor, you will provide general maintenance, cleaning, and security services for the Academy, ensuring all checks are appropriately logged on the Trust’s electronic reporting system. You will work as part of a small team of three and will often be working unsupervised on your own initiative. Candidates with the necessary skills and experience are invited to apply.
Shift Pattern & Hours
The role is 37 hours per week with a rotating weekly shift pattern of either mornings or afternoons. Mornings run from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm Monday‑Thursday and to 2:00 pm on Friday. Afternoons run from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday‑Thursday and to 6:00 pm on Friday. Occasional later evenings for events or parents’ evenings may allow a later start. During school holidays you will typically work from 8 am to 4 pm.
