Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust are looking for a School Caretaker and Site Manager to join them. Location: Gainsborough Parish Church of England Primary School, DN21 2LN Salary: Combined salary of £25,183 – £29,093 per annum pro rata, Caretaker £6,806.22 – £7,137.57 (pro rata), Site Manager £8,921.96 – £9,828.72 (pro rata) Job Type: Part Time, Permanent Hours: Combined 22.5 hours per week, Caretaker 10 hours per week, Site Manager 12.5 hours per week Closing Date: Friday 21st February 2025 (noon) About Us: The Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust is a multi-academy trust formed by the Diocese of Lincoln in 2013. We are a growing and thriving family of schools dedicated to providing an excellent education for pupils across Lincolnshire. We have grown to serve twenty-three academies across three local authorities of Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire, and North-East Lincolnshire. School Caretaker and Site Manager – The Role: We are looking for a combined Caretaker and Site Manager: Caretaker: 10 hours per week, Full year (1.30pm – 3.30pm) Site Manager: 12.5 hours per week, Full year (3.30pm – 6.00pm) Combined hours for both roles – 22.5 hours per week At the heart of every thriving school is a dedicated caretaker who ensures a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for students and staff. As a school caretaker, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day upkeep of the school, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for students, teachers, and visitors.
