We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised individual who is able to use their initiative to complete a range of tasks., * Manage export orders and documentation, such as invoices, packing lists, and certificates.

Coordinate with freight companies for quotes and pricing.

Ensure compliance with payment terms, credit insurance, and regulations.

Maintain and update customer records and resolve delivery issues when necessary.

Organize trade events, including booking space, arranging displays, and managing logistics.

Coordinate travel details and schedules for colleagues attending shows.

Monitor and manage exhibition-related deadlines and tasks.

Provide sales support and handle office administration tasks.

Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.

Proficiency in computing (e.g., Microsoft Office, Sage/Odoo).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a busy environment.

Previous export administration experience is desirable.

Multilingual abilities are a bonus.
