This role sits within Lincat Group, one of the UK’s leading names in commercial catering equipment and part of the wider Middleby Corporation. The successful candidate will work as part of the Lincat marketing structure, but with a dedicated focus on developing and growing the IMC brand as a distinct and independently positioned business within the Group portfolio.
IMC is entering an exciting new phase as we strengthen its standalone market presence. We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Marketing & Digital Executive to work closely with the Director of IMC to shape and deliver a clear brand strategy that establishes IMC as a strong, independent presence in the market — while benefiting from the support and infrastructure of Lincat Group.
This is a hands-on role combining strategic thinking with day-to-day execution, helping to build brand awareness, strengthen digital presence, and directly support sales growth.
About the Role:
- Take ownership of IMC’s social media and digital presence
- Lead the development and launch of a dedicated IMC website
- Create and deliver integrated marketing campaigns
- Support new product introductions and commercial activity
- Analyse sales and marketing data to drive informed decision-making
- Work closely with IMC leadership, sales teams, R&D and culinary teams
You will act as the driving force behind IMC’s brand visibility and digital growth, ensuring its positioning is clear, competitive and commercially effective.
