Linamar Light Metals is recognised as an industry leader in the manufacture, machining and assembly of complex cast aluminium components for the automotive industry worldwide. At Linamar Light Metals Belfast, we work in partnership with our customers (FORD, STELLANTIS, JAGUAR LAND ROVER and GESTAMP) to develop and manufacture automotive components, specialising in cylinder heads, electric drive housings and structural components.

We have a number of exciting opportunities for recent Graduates with 1 year experience, or for more experienced Engineers looking for a new challenge. Opportunities may include the following roles:

  • Graduate Engineers
  • Quality Engineers
  • Process Engineers
  • Maintenance Methods Engineers

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • A full degree (or equivalent qualification) in a Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering discipline
  • 1 year experience of working as an Engineer in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good team-working skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Able to build good working relationships
  • Project planning skills
  • Self-motivated
