Linaker is seeking a Senior Hard FM Estimator to join our Technical Solutions team.
You will prepare accurate, competitive pricing for Hard FM tenders, develop robust cost models and collaborate with Bid, Commercial, Procurement, Operations, Mobilisation and Transition teams.
You will validate asset data, support mobilisation, and help deliver pricing that aligns with SFG20 standards and client requirements while travelling UK sites as needed.
