Linaker Limited in London is seeking an Electrically Biased Resident Engineer to join our team based in London.
You will be responsible for the safe, compliant and efficient operation of all building services, delivering Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and minor remedial works.
The role requires strong electrical fault-finding skills, experience with larger sites or critical plant systems (e. g. chillers, large AHUs), and a solid understanding of health and safety.
