About the Role

As an HVAC / Gas multiskilled Engineer, you will be part of our National engineering team, responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial and retail sites. You will ensure HVAC / Gas systems operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with statutory and client requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Carry out PPM tasks in line with SFG20, statutory requirements, and contract specifications.
  • Maintain and Service HVAC and Gas Plant Including:
    • Commercial gas boilers and heaters
    • AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF, split systems
    • Pumps, valves, fans, controls, and associated plant
  • Ensure all works are completed proactively, efficiently, and to the required standard.
