ABOUT THE ROLE

The role holder will provide pre- and post-contract commercial management support across a portfolio of Hard Facilities Management contracts and associated project works, supporting the Commercial Director and ensuring robust commercial governance, risk management, and contractual compliance. This position is offered on a 12 Month Fixed Term contract, with the possibility of turning permanent at the end of the contract.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Support day-to-day BAU commercial and contractual matters under the direction of the Commercial Director.
  • Review, negotiate and manage low- to mid-risk contracts, variations, changes, extensions and amendments in line with approved templates, playbooks and risk parameters.
