Our client base continues to grow month on month and as a result we are now looking for a number of Mobile Technicians (Fabric Biased) across the UK\\n\\nABOUT THE ROLE\\n\\nAs a Mobile Technician, you will be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a number of client sites. The role requires a proactive, safety-focused individual capable of carrying out a broad range of building maintenance activities while maintaining high standards of workmanship, compliance, and customer service.\\n\\nWHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR\\n\\n· Completion of PPM works to schedule in the most proactive and efficient way possible.\\n\\n· Production of quotes, including correct parts and labour times required to ensure profitability, cost control and client satisfaction. Responsible for ensuring effective diagnostic of breakdowns and timely repair of equipment.\\n\\n· Record and document all work carried out and raise appropriate documentation.\\n\\n· Work in accordance with mandatory, health, safety, compliance and environmental requirements.\\n\\n· Ensure contractual SLA and KPI’s are met.\\n\\n· Ensuring all work records are updated as needed via the CAFM system.\\n\\n· Consistently promote high standards through personal standards.\\n\\n· Liaise with other departments, suppliers and other service providers.\\n\\n· Protect the company reputation by ensuring the company is always portrayed in a good light and carrying out any other reasonable duties deemed necessary to ensure the business can fulfil it’s moral, legal duties and obligations.\\n\\n· Able to communicate efficiently with client, helpdesk and Account management team to any matter arising.\\n\\n· Ensure equipment, tools, parts and company assets are calibrated, maintained and looked after in an appropriate manner.\\n\\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\\n\\nCarry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks in a proactive, efficient, and safe manner\\n\\nUndertake a wide range of general building maintenance works including minor fabric repairs, painting and decorating, small carpentry works, and minor plumbing works\\n\\nLog tap temperatures in line with L8 / Legionella compliance requirements\\n\\nComplete emergency lighting flick tests as part of statutory PPM compliance\\n\\nEnsure all works are completed in accordance with company procedures, site standards, and statutory requirements\\n\\nWork in line with health, safety, environmental, and compliance obligations\\n\\nSupport delivery of KPIs and SLAs by working to site maintenance plans\\n\\nRecord all works accurately using the company CAFM or job management system\\n\\nIdentify and report remedial works and raise quotations where required\\n\\nLiaise with clients, helpdesk, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams\\n\\nMaintain company tools, equipment, and assets in a safe and serviceable condition\\n\\nAlways represent the company professionally at all times\\n\\nSKILLS & EXPERIENCE\\n\\nStrong written, verbal, and numerical skills\\n\\nCompetent using Microsoft Office and mobile job management systems\\n\\nExcellent customer service and communication skills\\n\\nBroad understanding of general building maintenance duties\\n\\nGood working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and safe systems of work\\n\\nReliable, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team\\n\\nESSENTIAL\\n\\nFull UK Driving Licence\\n\\nCity & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade or building maintenance discipline\\n\\nPrevious experience within a facilities management or building maintenance environment\\n\\nPREFERED\\n\\nBasic Health & Safety qualification (e.g.
