The last couple of years has seen Linaker grow exponentially and we are now looking to grow out our Digital Transformation team with the addition of an IT Administrator on a permanent basis.
The Role
We are seeking a talented and dedicated IT Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft 365 administration and a proven ability to provide exceptional first-line support in a fast-paced environment.
Core Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 17:00pm
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 environments, including user accounts, licenses, and permissions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Implement and enforce security best practices for Microsoft 365.
- Provide prompt and efficient technical support to end-users via tickets, email, remote support and in-person.
