Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The purpose of the Electrical Engineer is to provide reactive and planned preventative maintenance for building engineering systems and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain low voltage (LV) electrical systems and perform PPM routines.
  • Repair and maintain electrical equipment and fixtures.
  • Perform EICR Testing.
  • Ensure compliance with BS7671 wiring regulations.
  • Liaise with helpdesk for task responses.
  • Maintain site logbooks, compliance certification, and produce reports.
  • Participate in emergency call-out services.
  • Emergency Lighting Testing and Light Fitting Replacement, including Safe Isolation.

Essential Qualifications.

  • City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
  • City and Guilds Level 3 certificate in the requirements for electrical installations BS 7671 (18th Edition)
  • City & Guilds 2391 inspection & testing.
  • Drivers License (No more than 6 points)
  • Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check.
  • Ipaf & Pasma (Desirable but not essential)
