You will be responsible for the safe, compliant and efficient operation of all building services, delivering Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and minor remedial works. Production of quotes, including correct parts and labour times required to ensure profitability, cost control and client satisfaction. Protect the company reputation by ensuring the company is always portrayed in a good light and carrying out any other reasonable duties deemed necessary to ensure the business can fulfil its moral, legal duties and obligations.

Able to communicate efficiently with clients and the helpdesk and Account management team regarding any matters arising. Ensure equipment, tools, parts and company assets are calibrated, maintained and looked after in an appropriate manner.

  • NVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration / HVAC (or equivalent)
  • F-Gas Category 1
  • Proven commercial HVAC maintenance experience
  • Good electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
  • Understanding of F-Gas compliance and environmental regulations
  • Electrical qualification or knowledge
  • Asbestos awareness (Desirable)
  • Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) or Ground Source Heat Pump (GSHP) (Preferred)
  • Recognised Level 1 or above in Thermography
  • Recognised Portable Appliance Testing qualification
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • IPAF
  • Legionella Training

Starting salary DOE with annual pay reviews. 25 Days holiday plus bank holidays. Uniform and Tools provided.
