The Centre for Eudaimonia and Human Flourishing at Linacre is recruiting for a Head of Events and Experiences.
The successful candidate will design and deliver programmes of flourishing for three overlapping communities: senior executives (leadership development), students and staff at Linacre College, and the wider University. The postholder will translate the science of human flourishing into practical experiences, from short workshops and shared meals through to residential retreats and public-facing events.
Scope of Responsibility
The role offers a broad responsibility for the postholder to operate at a senior level with the Centre Director and key industry and academic stakeholders to maximise the impact of leading thinking and research into flourishing for the public benefit. They will be sensitive and articulate, translating difficult academic concepts into realities for participants with varying levels of knowledge and experience in the field.
