About the Role

You will play a key role in developing bold, innovative concepts for international competitions and cultural projects. This position involves leading or contributing to competition teams, producing compelling design narratives, and ensuring creative excellence under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or support (depending on experience) competition design teams from concept to submission
  • Develop strong conceptual ideas and translate them into clear, impactful presentations
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants during competition phases
  • Prepare high-quality visuals, diagrams, and design packages
  • Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining design integrity
  • Ideally, integrate Revit / BIM workflows for competition deliverables

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in architecture with a focus on conceptual and competition design
  • Proven ability to lead or contribute to competition teams
  • Strong design and storytelling skills with a creative, strategic mindset
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Suite, ideally Revit / BIM)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively under pressure
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
