We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Team Lead to act as the Registered Manager within our Care at Home Service. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements based on the Health and Social Care Standards, which set out what people should expect when using health and social care services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Registered Manager, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and Health and Social Care Standards
- Lead and manage the delivery of Care at Home services, including Sheltered Housing, Community Alarms, and Reablement
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
- Monitor service quality and implement improvements to meet performance targets
- Manage budgets, contracts, and resources effectively
- Build strong relationships with service users, families, and professionals to ensure person‑centred care
- Support the Integrated Operations Manager in achieving strategic objectives and act up in their role during periods of absence
About You:
