Vacancies have arisen for two Clerical/Admin Assistants within the West Dunbartonshire HSCP Children & Families Team.
Responsibilities:
- Take comprehensive minutes for children’s social work meetings, including Child Protection and Fostering & Adoption Panels.
- Accurately capture discussion points in minutes for future reference.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Previous minute‑taking experience with strong typing speed.
- Excellent keyboard, oral and written communication skills.
- Inter‑personal skills and ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Experience in an admin role using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information politely and courteously.
- Level 1 Disclosure check required prior to a formal offer.
Assessment Process:
- Candidates invited for interview will complete a minute‑taking test based on a mock virtual Child Protection Planning meeting.
