This is a fixed‑term position until 26 June 2026. We are looking for someone who can support schools and the community, develop learning and teaching, and ensure that all pupils achieve their full potential. Responsibilities
- Be a member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme, or undergo an update check before a formal offer is made by West Dunbartonshire Council.
- Comply with the Rehabilitation of Offenders (Exceptions) Order 1975, ensuring full disclosure of convictions that may impact employment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Provide a Head Teacher report completed by your Head Teacher; upload this in the "COVER LETTER" section of the application (no cover letter required).
- For denominational schools: seek Catholic Church Approval before submitting your application and provide a copy to the Chair of the Panel prior to the interview.
