The predicted salary is between 50000 - 55000 £ per year.

This role has been established to support analysis across a range of LIMOSS market services. The change team manage and deliver market change for both LIMOSS owned market services and third-party services in which we have an interest. This role covers business process and support of technical requirements as part of the project lifecycle. The LIMOSS organisational structure is such that this individual is required to switch between an analysis and delivery role as dictated by demand (pan-services). This role would be suited to self-starting individuals who like to solve problems and drive outcomes alongside PMs – some experience of the insurance market and systems would be preferable but not essential – we are more interested in evidence of capability and skill set as opposed to direct experience.

Note this is more a mid-range role with salary range up to £55k p.a. plus bonus and benefits.

Staff - No Direct reports – we work in a matrix structure, but the role requires an ability to manage across change where support is required. PMs will manage BA.

External - Linkage to a number of vendor organisations as appropriate and will be expected to support analysis of various service backlogs and support vendor/internal design documentation.

Job Role Themes:

  • Provide Support for Analysis of change requirements

Objective - Support review and assessment of change requirements, working with market participants to create new requirements. Ownership of functional backlog management alongside PM.

Outcome - Good quality user stories and documentation to support next steps on process and system changes.

  • Ensure requirements are documented according to the LIMOSS change framework.

Outcome - Consistent and well documented approach with a fully managed requirements documents/user stories.

  • Support resolution of priority conflicts with appropriate market service stakeholders.

Outcome - Clear view, consideration, and management of change prioritisation that highlights any conflicts.

  • Design

Objective - Ensure that the solutions proposed and built will deliver the required business outcomes.

Outcome - Well documented solution design linked to the original business requirements.

Objective - Support co-ordination of resources with vendors and stakeholders to identify, analyse, and escalate any relevant design issues.

Outcome - Gap analysis, management, and resolution of design issues with clear outcomes presented.

Objective - Act as co-ordination point during design to ensure the impact of change is understood.

Outcome - Clearly documented change impact analysis.

  • Test Support

Objective - Function as the single control point for planning with internal and external testers.

Outcome - Structured scoped test plans and agreed scenarios to support the releases.

  • Service Engagement

Objective - Support PMs to ensure that service impacts are covered.

Outcome - Service impacts of changes are considered and analysed.

Adoption and market engagement analysis and readiness.

Objective - Prepare appropriate market materials to support adoption with key market firms and manage any vendor impacts.

Outcome - Market are sighted on the solution/ offering and market impact is understood and well managed alongside PM.

Objective - Work across LIMOSS to ensure change is accepted by Market users.

Outcome - Market users are ready for and confident in the change brought about.
