An early-stage, high-growth startup (10x growth in the past year, with 1M+ monthly users) is looking for a Growth Manager to join as the first full-time hire focused on turning viral traction into scalable, data-driven growth.

We’re building a product that makes learning radically more engaging, a gamified, bite-sized way to master real-world skills. Now we need someone who can deeply understand our product, run paid campaigns, and drive conversion experiments from end to end.

This is a unique hybrid role at the intersection of performance marketing, product, and data. You’ll work directly with the founders to build and own growth systems from the ground up.

What you’ll do:

  • Own Performance Marketing: select creatives, run and optimise paid ads across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Lead Growth Experiments: design, implement, and iterate on A/B tests to improve activation and retention
  • Dig into Data: use SQL to track user behaviour, measure ROI, and uncover growth opportunities
  • Bridge Teams: work across marketing and product to align strategy and accelerate conversion

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 4+ years’ experience in growth, performance marketing, or product marketing
  • Has 3+ years working with SQL for data and product analysis
  • Has 2+ years running paid social campaigns
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
  • Combines analytical thinking with sharp execution
  • Wants to get close to the product and understands how it drives growth

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in consumer apps or gamified products
  • A passion for learning, behaviour design, or creator-led content
  • Side projects or previous startup/founder experience

The offer:

  • £60–120k+ salary + equity
  • London hybrid (4+ days/week in office)
  • Work directly with the founders and shape growth from day one
  • Be part of a mission-driven, well-funded rocket ship with real traction
