My client, a leading DTC e-commerce brand just got huge investment to scale its digital team. You'll be joining at the perfect moment - established product, proven revenue, but now with serious capital and a mandate to double the tech team. You'll be the first hire in this expansion, working directly alongside the Lead Developer to set standards and build out the department - respect and trust from day one.

What You'll Actually Build:
- The Internal Production Platform: Custom-built management system handling the entire production pipeline
- Managing everything on the operations side from order to delivery
- Real-time operations with barcode scanning, label printing, DPD integration
- You'll be re-architecting parts that started as 'quick solutions' into scalable systems
