Location: Portishead Hybrid2 days in office per week
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 + 25% Commission Over Cap- YR1 OTE £35,000-£40,000

What Youll Be Doing as aTalent Partner
Finding and connecting brilliant people with roles theyll genuinely love

Building real relationships with both candidates and clients.

Managing the full recruitment process, from the first chat through to offer and placement (and all the stuff in between)

Working closely with existing clients to understand their needs and make sure theyre matched with the right talent

Being part of a small, ambitious start-up where youll help shape how we grow and what kind of company we become

No cold BD, weve already got strong client relationships, your focus will be on delivering great work.

What Youll Need
Recruitment experience would be advantageous but not essential.
A self-motivated, proactive mindset.
Great people skills and a knack for building relationships.
The ability to work independently while being a team player.
