We are looking for a talented and experienced Design Director to join a leading content agency known for creativity, collaboration, and a strong focus on work-life balance.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a creative team, setting the vision for outstanding design across a wide range of content, including both print and digital channels.

What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Leading the creative direction for a variety of content-driven projects from concept to delivery
  2. Generating innovative ideas and setting the design vision to ensure work is fresh, engaging, and consistent across print and digital channels
  3. Overseeing the design of client content across multiple channels
  4. Working directly with clients, presenting ideas, and managing relationships to ensure creative solutions meet their objectives
  5. Mentoring and developing the design team, championing best practices and innovation
  6. Reviewing and refining creative output to meet client objectives and exceed expectations
  7. Supporting pitches and presentations for new business opportunities

What You’ll Need

  1. Proven experience as a Design Director, Creative Lead, or similar senior design role, preferably within an agency or content-led business
  2. A strong portfolio showcasing print and digital content design
  3. Skilled at developing creative concepts and visual ideas that solve client challenges
  4. Experience supporting new business pitches is a plus but not essential
