Job Title: Design Director Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Location: Bristol (Hybrid 3 days in office per week) Salary: £55,000–£65,000 We’re looking for a talented and experienced Design Director to join a leading content agency with a reputation for creativity, collaboration, and a strong focus on work-life balance. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a creative team, setting the vision for outstanding design across a wide variety of content, covering both print and digital channels. What You’ll Be Doing Leading the creative direction for a variety of content driven projects from concept to delivery Generating big ideas and setting the design vision to ensure work is fresh, engaging, and consistent across print and digital channels. Overseeing the design of client content across multichannel outputs. Working directly with clients, presenting ideas and managing relationships to ensure creative solutions meet their objectives Mentoring and developing the design team, championing best practices and innovation Reviewing and refining creative output to ensure it meets client objectives and exceeds expectations Supporting pitches and presentations for new business opportunities. What You’ll Need Proven experience as a Design Director, Creative Lead, or similar senior design role, ideally within an agency or content led business A strong portfolio showcasing print and digital content design.
