Job Title: Account Manager
Job Type: 9-month contract, full time or 4-day pw
Location: Trowbridge, UK (Hybrid: min 2 days in-office)
Salary: £26,000 £34,000

We re working with a friendly, well-established digital agency that s looking for an Account Manager to join them, for a 9-month contract

They offer a range of services from web development to SEO, PPC, and content creation. Their clients are mostly small to medium-sized businesses, so there s always plenty of variety in the work.

The agency has a great culture, with a real focus on work-life balance no late nights, no toxic vibes, just a supportive team that gets things done.

What You ll Be Doing

Building and maintaining relationships with clients, acting as their go-to person.

Working with internal departments to ensure clients needs are met and that expectations are exceeded.

Contacting clients to see how else you can support them and identifying upsell opportunities.

Helping clients understand digital marketing strategies and how these could benefit their business.

The Experience You ll Need

Previous experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager in an agency or similar environment.

You could also come from a new business background and be eager to transition into account management.

Ability to manage multiple accounts, ensuring each gets the attention and care it needs.

Comfortable working to sales targets and achieving goals.

An understanding of web development and the processes involved.
