Limitless Broadcast is a leading live media and broadcast company based in Woking, Surrey. We recruit a full‑time Audio A2 / Broadcast Sound Junior to support our live media and technical production teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing, checking, testing and packing sound equipment for upcoming projects in line with technical specifications.
- Supporting the setup and operation on live broadcasts, OBs, sports productions, corporate events and streaming projects.
- Working with presenter mics, commentary systems, effects mics, IEMs, comms, radios, talkback and related systems.
- Supporting RF coordination, microphone frequency planning, labelling, testing and deployment under supervision.
- Performing line checks, basic fault finding and troubleshooting during prep and on‑site operations.
- Looking after company stocks of radio microphones, IEM packs, headsets, earpieces, commentary units, batteries, chargers, cables and accessories.
- Basic mixing or submixing on smaller jobs, e.g. local presentation audio, in‑ear mixes, corporate events or live‑streaming projects.
- Working alongside sound supervisors, engineers, technical managers, production teams, crew and freelancers on‑site.

The ideal candidate is a proactive team player, solution‑oriented, with a passion for learning, high standards and experience in live production. They are highly organised, methodical, have good interpersonal skills, efficient, and display keen attention to detail. A strong focus on preparation, processes, systems, technical reliability and delivering excellent service for internal teams, clients and on‑screen talent is essential. They should have an interest in broadcast sound, RF, commentary systems, comms, microphones, presentation audio and live technical workflows.
Background Experience
Experience in a relevant or transferable role such as live events, broadcast, theatre, sound, technical support, equipment prep, or production operations is desirable.

Location: Woking, Surrey. Hybrid at base and on‑site, regular travel. Compensation: £29‑30k per annum, experience dependent, with overtime. Employment: Full‑time, 5‑in‑7 day scheduling.
