Limitless Broadcast is hiring a full‑time Warehouse Prep Technician to join our thriving company based in Woking, Surrey. We are a leading live media and broadcast company working with top‑tier production companies, broadcasters, and agencies in live sports and entertainment. The role involves preparation, organisation and maintenance of equipment and company vehicles to support engineers, production teams and logistics.
Responsibilities
- Preparing, checking and packing equipment for upcoming projects in line with technical specifications
- Kit builds, prep and de‑prep, checking equipment in and out of hires or onto jobs
- Maintaining accurate stock control, asset tracking and warehouse organisation
- Ensuring all equipment is clean, tested, labelled and stored correctly
- Managing goods in/out, deliveries, collections and supplier returns
- Assisting with the maintenance, organisation and readiness of OB vehicles and company fleet
- Carrying out basic repairs, fault finding and maintenance on equipment where appropriate
- Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised at all times
- Assisting with loading and unloading vehicles, ensuring safe handling of all equipment
- Maintaining logs, checklists and documentation for prep, maintenance and stock
- Supporting continuous improvement of warehouse systems, processes and workflows
- Assisting other areas of the business where necessary, and completing all required paperwork
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Practical mindset with basic technical or mechanical understanding
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks efficiently
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve
- Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Physically capable of handling equipment and working in a warehouse environment
- A strong work‑ethic and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Methodical approach to processes, documentation and organisation
- Full (manual) driving licence is essential
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, technical or related environments preferred
- Understanding of broadcast and technical equipment is essential
- Awareness of health and safety regulations
