Thistle Express Swindon, opening in the second half of 2017, is a 3* hotel aimed at the savvy, value conscious traveller. The hotel has 95 bedrooms and is in a great central location on Fleming Way only 8 minutes from the main train station and next to the main shopping hub.

As Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all areas of the hotel including equipment, services, buildings and plant. You will be responsible for ensuring that the hotel achieves its safety and cost control targets so you will need to be confident in creating and implementing a PPM programme as this will be a critical aspect of the role.

You will also need the ability to lead a team and deliver results to deadlines through your people, with full responsibility for recruiting, managing and developing your team.
